Last week I shared about my open shelving in my kitchen. Click here. I shared tips on how to style them. I used those tips to style this shelf as well. In my kitchen, I don’t have the best storage. I love to collect pretty dishes, handmade ceramics, cake stands, etc. I love to host parties so collecting these items is a must. Not having the storage doesn’t stop me from collecting these pretty things that make me feel so happy. I decided to get a black shelf made from a local welder. I gathered the items I have collected and added them to the black shelf. I have to say, I LOVE IT! For me when it comes to decorating and styling a home I like to make things useful and beautiful. This shelf does just that. It adds so much coziness to our kitchen as well as being so practical and useful. My daughter, Adryna says, “our house feels so cozy and homey.”
